Meet A Sitter-to is the only boutique service of its kind in Australia. We organise face-to-face networking events for babysitter, nanny and mothers helper candidates to connect directly with groups of parents seeking candidates at exclusive invitation-only events.

Unlike job postings on websites and working for agencies – you get the chance to personally meet a group of potential employers face-to-face in a safe environment. This offers you the chance to get a feel of the family and their needs, and assess for yourself whether or not you would be comfortable with working with them.

For parents, it gives them the convenience of meeting many potential candidates in person, and allows them to interview you in a casual setting.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience in working with children (Whether with family, friends or formally)

• Genuinely enjoys working with children – babies to school-going age under 12 years

• Able to work at least 3-4 hours a week around your campus schedules (day or night)

• Valid driver’s licence or ability to travel independently

• First aid certificate is desirable but not necessary

• Possess solid references

• Non-smoker

* Must be willing to apply for Working with Children's Check or Police Check if don't already possess one
